The quarterback news got worse after Tuesday. Jaxson Dart's knee turned out to be MCL, PCL and meniscus damage, he is having surgery, and his regular season is over. Caleb Williams has not practiced this week with his hamstring, and Chicago's problem doubled when Tyson Bagent landed in concussion protocol, which puts Case Keenum in play for Monday night against Philadelphia. Jayden Daniels is out a while with Marcus Mariota starting against Seattle, and Sam Darnold practiced his way back toward a Week 3 return.

Two more things to watch before Sunday. Jonah Coleman, the pickup half the league spent FAAB on Tuesday, showed up on Wednesday's report with an ankle injury, so Denver's backfield is a guessing game again. Puka Nacua did not practice, Saquon Barkley is working through a stinger, and Brock Bowers is expected to make his season debut.
